• 1996-2010 Work as a commercial director in private companies - operators of the oil market of Ukraine.
• 2010 Founded a private enterprise for the sale of petroleum products, PE "Alliance Oil", which he still heads.
• Since 2011, he has been managing the dealership of the BMW car chain, AUTOSERVICE ALLIANCE LLC.

• In 1989, he opened his first private enterprise, "Adoms", the scope of which was the wholesale sale of petroleum products on the basis of the Kremenchug Oil Refinery.
• In the period from 1996 to 2014, he created 7 enterprises, which at one time were large operators in the oil market of Ukraine.
• Today, Vadym Kovalchuk is the founder of the operating enterprises "Autoservice Alliance" LLC and "Italalliance" LLC, which are official suppliers of the BMW and FIAT automobile chain in Ukraine.

For the team of like-minded people who organized the non-profit fund "Help to Ukraine", the creation of a rehabilitation center became a lifelong task. This is the least we can do to repay the debt to our glorious heroes - the defenders of freedom and independence of Ukraine.
